Customs product identifiers - PostNord and Bring

The customs product identifiers m_pid, ns_pid and s_pid on objects in the customs.goods
array are now also supported for PostNord and Bring, and are passed on to the carrier.
- PostNord (
post_nord,pdk) - on shipments from a country outside the EU to an EU country, for example from Norway to Sweden, Denmark or Finland. - Bring - on Business Parcel (
BRI_BP), PickUp Parcel (BRI_PP) and Letter Packet (BRI_LP) shipments from Norway to an EU country.
